Book Review – Go Pro book Eric Worre
After getting the go pro book Eric Worre; “Go Pro by Eric Worre – 7 Steps To Becoming a Network Marketing Professional” in the mail I started reading immediately. I couldn’t put it down, it was so captivating. I read it right through in one sitting. I felt a great sincerity coming from the words as if they have been written from the heart. Eric is passionate about Network Marketing as a business model, and he is passionate about training people to become professionals. This was clear to me while reading the book.
Eric starts off by telling his story, which was very inspirational. It is always interesting to learn a person’s “why” as it tells a lot about them. And we all like a good story, don’t we? At the conclusion of his story, he tells us how he came to realize that you have to be an expert at what you’re doing. That you have to get to know your business better than anyone and learn how to do things expertly. Only in this way can you become successful. He decided to become a professional.
After sharing why he believes strongly in Network Marketing, Eric then goes on to list and explain each of the seven skills one has to master in order to become a professional in Network Marketing:
Skill #1 – Finding Prospects
Skill #2 – Inviting Prospects to Understand Your Product or Opportunity
Skill #3 – Presenting Your Product or Opportunity to Your Prospects
Skill #4 – Following Up With Your Prospects
Skill #5 – Helping Your Prospects Become Customers Or Distributors
Skill #6 – Helping Your New Distributor Get Started Right
Skill #7 – Promoting Events
In the last chapters he explains that all good things take time, and that one cannot expect to see results immediately. He also makes it clear that it would be worth it in the end.
Not only is this book a brilliant read, but it will make you grow as a person. I strongly recommend this book on your bookshelf if you are a network marketer starting out, or a stack of books to give to your new distributors so they can start out correctly. Not only will you be successful yourself, but you will ensure their success if you help them put into practice what they have learned.
Worth your while? You bet!
